Optilock Non-adhesive Super Absorbent Wound Dressing

This medical dressing features a super-absorbent polymer core designed to effectively manage moderate to heavy wound exudate by locking in moisture and converting it into a gel. The non-adherent wound contact layer prevents sticking to the wound or surrounding skin, facilitating gentle removal and minimizing trauma. Suitable for a variety of wound types, including pressure injuries, partial and full-thickness wounds, leg ulcers, lacerations, abrasions, and wounds under compression therapy. The dressing helps protect the skin from maceration and irritation by maintaining an optimal moist wound environment. It is non-adhesive and requires securing with secondary dressings or bandages. Not recommended for third-degree burns, non-exudating or minimally exudating wounds, or patients with known sensitivities to the product or its components.
