At Behope, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to begin the return process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt.
